DESCRIPTION:Little League Western Australia – Upcoming 2026 State Championships \nThe 2026 Little League State Championships in Western Australia are set to be one of the biggest Little League baseball showpieces of the year. Baseball WA has released the confirmed dates and venues for all Little League State Championship events\, giving families\, clubs\, and players plenty to prepare for. \nThe Little League division is the heart of junior baseball in Western Australia\, showcasing players typically aged 9–12 as they take their first steps into structured\, competitive championship play. The 2026 season promises an exciting and action‑packed start to April. These divisions are designed to support newer or developing teams within the Little League structure. The competitions emphasise skill-building\, teamwork\, and competitive fun while still contributing to WA’s broader development pathway. \nThe Little League Majors All-Star State Championship is the pinnacle event for this age group in WA. Teams from across the state compete through their district programs to earn a place at this tournament\, where the winning side and Runner-up will advance to the national stage. \nthink.again Little League Major All-Star / Development Shield / Machine Pitch \n– Little League Majors All-Star State Championship – 2-6 April 2026 – Kingsway Reserve (Wanneroo Giants)\n– Development Shield/Machine Pitch State Championship – 3-6 April 2026 – Kingsway Reserve (Wanneroo Giants) \nNationals – Little League Majors All-Star \n– LL Majors National Championship – 3-8 June\, Blacktown International Sports park\, NSW \nThis Little League All-Star championships serve as the qualifying pathway for two teams (the winner and runner-up) to travel to the Australian National Championships and eventually the winner to the Little League World Series international brackets.

SUMMARY:Senior Challenger Division Have a Go Day
DESCRIPTION:Baseball WA is excited to announce another Senior Challenger Division Have a Go Day\, set for Thursday 24 July at Wanneroo Giants Baseball Club starting at 1pm. \nThis year marks the first time a Senior Challenger division has been offered in WA; it is open to any person with a physical and/or intellectual disability. This is an expanded offering from the current Challenger Baseball for children aged 4-18\, with the senior division open to adults of all ages. \nIf the Have a Go Day is a success\, we will be offering a 4 or 5-week pilot program with all equipment provided by Wanneroo Giants Baseball Club. \nChallenger baseball is for those with neurological\, physical and/or intellectual disabilities. The program aims to allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of baseball and participate in a team sport in an environment structured to their abilities. \nClick HERE to register for the session on 24 July and learn more about Challenger Baseball.
