Conor Lourey was credited with the victory for Wanneroo. The pitcher lasted five and a third innings, allowing three hits and four runs while striking out nine. Jay Bullingham threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen. Chris Crawford took the loss for Wembley. The bulldog allowed 11 hits and seven runs over six innings, striking out four. The game was tied at two with the Cubs batting in the top of the seventh when Caleb Goodwin hit a solo homer. The pitching was strong on both sides as the Cubs struck out eight and the Hawks sat down seven. Gosnells got things moving in the second inning when Jack Burt hit a solo homer. After South Perth came back, Burt went on to score the tying run in the fifth by drawing a walk. Tyler Paull earned the victory on the mound for the Cubs, giving up one run on three hits over three innings, striking out one. Will Sherriff started the game, throwing four innings, allowing five hits and one run while striking out seven and walking one. Patrick Frezza took the loss for Gosnells, lasting seven innings, allowing seven hits and three runs while striking out seven and walking one. Victoria Park Belmont had 11 hits in the game with two apiece for Joshua Greenham, Smalpage, and Roy Hotveldt. Swan Districts totaled eight hits including multiple for Bailey-Jay Cooke and Dan Carter. The Swans were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error as Carter made the most plays with ten. The McGowan Government has awarded more than $75,000 to 24 sports clubs across the state through Healthway's Summer Healthy Sporting Club Program.

According to the official press release, summer sports clubs received up to $4,000 in funding to help build healthy club environments and improve knowledge and awareness of healthy eating and drinking. The clubs will now work with Healthway and the Western Australian School Canteen Association to increase healthy food and drink options at club-run canteens or kiosks. The funding will also go towards purchasing equipment to support clubs’ healthy food and drink options and assist staff with training to gain a better understanding of healthier options. "Congratulations to all the sporting clubs that have received funding in the Summer Healthy Sporting Program,” WA Health Minister Roger Cook said. "Sports clubs not only provide physical, mental and social benefits, but are ideally placed to promote healthy food and drink. These grants will help clubs make the small changes needed to influence healthier lifestyles in our communities." Since the program began in 2019, approximately 220 Healthy Sporting Club Grants have been awarded, providing approximately $750,000 in grants to clubs throughout Western Australia.
