All clubs are requested to complete the following information and return to Baseball WA Ltd. Please email the form to the Operations Support Manager: support@baseballwa.asn.au

Certificate of Currency: Clubs requesting a CoC are to email support@basballwa.asn.au

 


 

Team Nominations

All team nominations are to be submitted by 31st August of each year. Link for Team Nominations will be sent out to all clubs by BWA.

 


 

Reported Player and Tribunal Procedures

Any umpire in control of any Baseball WA game may report any person who engages in conduct detrimental to the best interests of the game of baseball.

 


 

Ejection Report Form

  1. The Reporting Umpire shall inform BWA’s Competitions Department at competitions@baseballwa.asn.au of an ejected person no later than 5:00 pm 2 business days  following the game.
  2. The Reported Person must complete an Incident Report and submit to BWA’s Competitions Department at competitions@baseballwa.asn.au. If the Reported Person fails to submit an Incident Report by 5:00pm close of business 2 business days following the game, that person will not be eligible to appeal the penalty provided based on the report.

Dual Registration Request

This form is to be completed by the Clubs seeking permission for a player requesting for dual registration to play in the Regional / Metropolitan competition or to play in a competition for another club as it is not offered at your club.  Players League Age 7~16 within the metro area, may only dual register with a club in their charter.

Player Clearance Procedure & Form

Any player who has registered and played Baseball in Australia, requires a clearance to move from one club to another. Players not on the GameDay Database is required a clearance Form below to move clubs in WA or interstate.  Queries can be made to support@baseballwa.asn.au

PLEASE USE THE NEW FORM FOR 2024-2025 IF REQUIRED. NO OLD FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

    3. Registrar’s Instructions for players transferring clubs League Age 10 – 16.
    • MANDATORY for Players League Age 10 – 16 years olds, Charter Acknowledgement Redshirting Form  – LINK –  Parents are to fill in this form and acknowledge the Charter Redshirted Policy if their child is transferring out of their charter boundary prior to Baseball WA approving the transfer.

Dispensations to play down a Grade
  1. Dispensation – play out of age group. A player seeking dispensation to play below his/her age group (one year below only) should not be construed as being automatic. A player once granted dispensation cannot compete in any other grade for the balance of the current season. The player will still qualify for Charter State Championships at their League Age.
  2. All players who are league age 12 must be selected to a Little League Major Division team, Intermediate League or Junior League team. Exceptions can only be made by filling out the  Baseball Australia “Dispensation for League Age 12 form”.

    1. Dispensation form 11nYounger -13yo and older Form – Not to be used for League Age 12 Players
    2. Dispensation form for little league League Age 12 to request dispensation to participation in minor division

Please NOTE that once dispensation is approved, the player cannot play in any other grade for the season. The player may apply to play in State Championships but only in their own League Age Group.

Each application is considered individually based on the information supplied by the club. Permission to play more than two games per day should not be construed as being automatic.​
