Baseball WA is excited to announce plans for Tee-Ball and Machine Pitch 70 at the 2025 Eastern Diamond Sports Carnival, which will be held at the Oasis Playing Fields (Kalgoorlie-Boulder) from 27-29 September.
Tee-ball starts with no pitching and hitting the ball off a tee of adjustable height, and then MP70 offers an exciting opportunity for players who have aged out of tee-ball to continue their baseball journey with a moving ball experience. This initiative aims to enhance participation across the region, ensuring that young athletes have an accessible pathway to skill development and competitive play.
In addition to the Tee-Ball and MP70 events, Baseball WA will host a “Coach the Coaches” workshop, welcoming tee-ball and baseball coaches from across the region. This session is designed to equip coaches with new strategies, techniques, and insights to better support player growth.
Registration Details:
- Players will register as individuals and be placed into teams for the event.
- Towns interested in forming their own teams are welcome to do so—simply reach out to the organizing team.
- Open to any player who has not turned 15 years old at the start of the event.
All players receive a free, event tee-shirt – Tee-ballers will also receive a free fielding glove and squishy ball.
