Scoring information
Each club is required to submit a main Scorers co-ordinator contact persons with email address and phone details. Scorers co-ordinator will be sent GameChanger and LL game reports Links information when available. The Scorers co-ordinator will be the contact for BWA regarding LL game reports and Gamechanger queries for the season.
State League: Home Team supplies 1 book Scorer and 1 Gamechanger Scorer. Away team supplies 1 book scorer. Only the book scorers are officials of the game for this league.
State League Reserves & Lower Senior teams: Home Team supplies the GameChanger and Away team supplies a book scorer. Both GC and Book scorers are official scorers. Optional: Home team may have a book scorer as well as a GameChanger.
Juniors: Big League, Senior, Junior League, Intermediate League and Champions cup schedule: Home Team supplies the GameChanger and Away team supplies a book scorer. Both GC and Book scorers are official scorers. Optional: Home team may have a book scorer as well as a GameChanger.
Little League & Machine Pitch: Each Team to supply a book scorer. Game Reports are to be submitted online on the Google Spreadsheets. Please check with your club’s Scorer co-ordinator/game report contact person for your teams link.
All LL & MACHINE PITCH game reports are due in 24 hours after the game – $25 fine per report and further $25 per report every week that game report is not submitted.
Failure to live score on GameChanger – $25.00 fine per game.
All Senior & Junior Teams to fill in the Incident Game Report – $25.00 fine if not completed. Form can be found under Competitions in the Main Menu.
Other Important Information
- Report any Forfeits / Rainouts / Heat Cancelled games via email to support@baseballwa.asn.au
Please note the League name (SL, SLR, A, B C, JL etc), the game (team vs team) and date of game.
Clubs Are Responsible for Player Stats
- Clubs/Scorers are responsible to maintain their team stats on GameChanger and make corrections.

BWA Trophies: Senior Stats will be downloaded prior to Finals starting.
DEADLINE: Corrections to stats MUST be made BY WEDNESDAY BEFORE Finals fixtures starting.
