Game 1: Southern Titans 9 – Coastal Bay Sharks 3

Jack C’s stellar performance led the Southern Titans (A) to a 9-3 victory over Coastal Bay Sharks (A) at Mateljan Park on Thursday. Jack drove in four runs, including a pair of singles that brought home two runs each in the fourth and sixth innings. The Titans’ five-run rally in the fourth, highlighted by a triple from Alexander J and key singles from Jack and Archie G, proved decisive.

Coastal Bay Sharks took the early lead in the first with Kade W’s single, but Southern Titans quickly responded. Preston T was strong on the mound for the Titans, allowing two runs in 3.1 innings, with nine strikeouts. Archie G also provided solid relief. Kade W was the standout for the Sharks, going 2-for-2 with two RBIs.

The Southern Titans (A) will be at home next Thursday to face the Eastern Phantoms (A).


Game 2: Eastern Phantoms  7 – Southern Hills Warriors 2

LL – Eastern Phantoms (A) secured a 7-2 win over the Southern Hills Warriors (A) at Mateljan Park on Thursday. Lachlan K put the Phantoms on the board early, and they extended their lead with a run in the third after a dropped third strike.

Riley C pitched four solid innings for the Phantoms, giving up one run and striking out seven. Kobi T struggled early for the Warriors, allowing two runs over two innings. The Phantoms took advantage of patient hitting, working six walks and stealing six bases.

Harrison M led the way for the Phantoms with two hits, while Kyle R drove in the Warriors’ only RBI. The Phantoms will travel to face the Southern Titans (A) next week.


Game 3: Swan Hills Aces 9 – Sun City Thunder  6

LL – Swan Hills Aces (B) triumphed 9-6 over Sun City Thunder (B) at Mateljan Park on Thursday. The Aces got off to a strong start, scoring in the first with a wild pitch and a hit-by-pitch. The Thunder answered with a double from Alexander B to tie the game, and later took a 3-2 lead on a wild pitch.

The Aces regained control in the fifth with five runs, including a two-RBI single from Caelan I. Ethan K started for the Thunder but struggled, allowing two runs in one inning. Meanwhile, Caelan I was the key for the Aces, going 3-for-3 with two RBIs. The Thunder kept fighting but fell short.

Sun City Thunder will face the Wanneroo Giants (B) next Thursday.


Game 4: Southern Titans 3 – Eastern Phantoms 1

In a tense pitcher’s duel, the Southern Titans (A) edged out the Eastern Phantoms (A) 3-1 on Thursday. The Phantoms opened the scoring in the first with a fielder’s choice, but Jack C quickly tied it up with a single in the second.

A wild pitch gave the Titans the lead in the fourth, and their pitching held strong from there. Alexander J pitched 2.2 innings, allowing one hit and one run, while Jacob G provided outstanding relief, striking out five in 3.1 scoreless innings.

Jack C was the offensive star, driving in the only run for the Titans. The Phantoms couldn’t break through despite Mason S’s solid start. The Southern Titans (A) will next host the Southern Hills Warriors (A) on Friday.


Game 5: Carine Cats 3 – Central Firebirds 2

LL – Carine Cats (B) triumphed over the Central Firebirds (B) 3-2 in a thrilling walk-off win at Mateljan Park on Thursday. The game remained tied at two until Martin B’s single in the bottom of the seventh brought in the winning run.

Both teams were dominant on the mound, with Carine Cats pitchers striking out 14, and Firebirds’ Remy E striking out two over 1.2 innings. The Firebirds initially took the lead in the third with a wild pitch but were soon matched by Eddison R’s RBI single.

Martin and Jasper R both contributed two hits for the Cats. The Firebirds were solid defensively with no errors, and Lukas T drove in a run for them. Central Firebirds will face the Wanneroo Giants (B) next Friday.


Game 6: Wanneroo Giants 6 – Sun City Thunder  2

LL – Wanneroo Giants (B) came out on top with a 6-2 victory over Sun City Thunder (B) on Thursday at Mateljan Park. Tyler N’s early RBI single gave the Giants the lead, but the Thunder quickly tied it up with a dropped third strike.

In the second, the Giants regained the advantage on a groundout from Taj H. The Giants extended their lead in the fourth, with an error and wild pitch adding two more runs. Tyler N went 2-for-3, and Levi C drew two walks, helping the Giants control the game.

Eli G started on the mound for the Thunder but struggled, giving up three hits and two runs in two innings. Jacob H and Miller J were key in the Giants’ victory, each throwing scoreless innings in relief. Sun City Thunder will face the Wanneroo Giants (B) next Thursday.
