The 2025-26 Qbit CBL N/S Division 1 Finals are here! Roleystone and Braves faced off in the preliminary final to see who would play Carine Cats Grey.
Roleystone won 4-3 to book a spot in the grand final. The winner will be decided on Sunday 22 March at 11:30am at Forster Park D3.

Roleystone 4, Braves 3
Josh Coe struck out 10 batters as the hurler led Roleystone past Braves 4-3 on Sunday at John Dunn Oval in the preliminary final between the loser of semi-final 1 and the winner of semi-final 2. Coe surrendered five hits and three runs over seven innings while walking five.
Roleystone was first to get on the board when Jesse Scidone singled, scoring one run in the opening frame.
In the bottom of the first inning, Braves went back into the lead after Robert Olivieri grounded out, and Andrew Reid singled to the left side of the infield, each scoring one run.
In the top of the third inning, Roleystone went back into the lead after Mitchell Smart grounded out, and Andrew Isles singled to right field, each scoring one run.
Reid stepped on the hill first for Braves. The starting pitcher surrendered nine hits and four runs (two earned) over seven innings, striking out six and walking one.
Roleystone totaled nine hits in the game. Coe went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the side in hits while Scidone, Isles, and Smart each drove in one run. Coe and Andrew Drury stole multiple bases with 10 total in the game, plus two double plays on defense.
Reid drove the middle of the lineup, leading Braves with two runs batted in as the pitcher went 2-for-3 on the day. Tremaine Roberts and Reid each collected two hits while Billy Donovan and Dillon Best both stole two bases.
