Moffat doubled in the fourth inning, scoring three runs, and singled in the sixth inning, scoring two. SL – Central Firebirds (B) scored six runs in the fourth inning on the way to victory. Moffat doubled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, and Moffat doubled, scoring three runs. SL – Eastern Phantoms (A) were the first to get on the board in the first when Hennessy doubled, scoring one run. Moffat led things off on the mound for SL – Central Firebirds (B). SL – Southern Hills Warriors (B) got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Trainer singled, and Lynn doubled to center field, each scoring one run. SL – Southern Hills Warriors (B) added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning when Wharton doubled, scoring two runs, and Sutton singled, scoring one run. Lemieux began the game for SL – Wanneroo Giants (A). The pitcher surrendered 12 hits and eight runs (six earned) over three and two-thirds innings, striking out five and walking none. Takuta stepped on the hill first for SL – Southern Hills Warriors (B). The hurler allowed one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out two and walking three. Lemieux and Palmer were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for SL – Wanneroo Giants (A). Winthrop led SL – Wanneroo Giants (A) with one run batted in.
