Baseball WA’s Emerging Talent Program (ETP) is designed to replicate the Australian Youth Championship (AYC) State Teams performance pathway event and provide a state team experience to both younger athletes and those who are age eligible for the Under 16 AYC but are not selected.
Athletes shall receive the same accelerated learning environment that both the Under 16 and Under 18 state team members receive to place them in a better position to challenge for a position in the state teams in subsequent years. Players who simply want quality coaching and extra work/activity will also greatly benefit from the program.
