Delivering Baseball5 requires coaches and facilitators to be accredited with WBSC. The learning requires completion of on-line modules. Coaches not having competed the modules are not authorised to deliver Baseball5.
To complete the process, individuals are required to provide the following information:

Name
Surname
Preferred First Name
Preferred Surname
Gender
DOB
Place of Birth
Nationality
Include an image of the person
